Increase the range of rental property on offer to businesses
To tackle the shortage of commercial property in the département,
stakeholders in the economic life of Aisne have set up the SIMEA
in line with a regional policy involving the General Council, Aisne
Chamber of Commerce and Industry, inter-communal structures, the Caisse
des Dépôts and various other banking organisations.
The interest in creating a semi-public
company devoted to constructing commercial property in Aisne is to
increase the range of rental property on offer to businesses.
The vocation of this semi-public company, SIMEA,
is therefore to increase the number of commercial properties available for rent in the département.

Established by the Conseil Général (Departmental Council) of the Aisne,
the Chambre de Commerce et de l'Industrie (Chamber of Commerce and Industry), the Chambre d'Agriculture (Chamber of Agriculture), the Chambre de
Métiers et de l'Artisanat (Chamber of Trades and Crafts), the Comité Départemental du Tourisme (Aisne Tourist Board)
